wen i had received my payout recently from RAC they deducted some amount stating “Processing/Postage Fee”…..earlier there was no deduction ….why now??….
Oh that is a very good news , but bad you didnt know it. It will save you a lot of money . When you request withdrawal.

How much is the deduction . Normally paypal deducts an amount for processing , though i am not sure. Please send us more details about the nature of payment
the payment should be 6$ and 2$ were deducted for “Processing/Postage Fee”….
therefore i got a payment of 4$ only…and also there have been no deductions in my payments earlier wen i got paid…
You must mail paypal and RAc about the transaction with the transaction number. Charges cant be 2$ for 6$ . There must b some mistake here
ya i have mailed to RAC…..i m waiting for their reply now….
bcoz the deductions take place when we place a bid and complete the work after dat no deductions take place….

We recently changed the method of payments in PayPal. Instead of making individual payments we use the mass payment feature that PayPal offers. We actually posted information about the upcoming change on the latest news link on the site over 2 weeks ago

Attention workers using Paypal: Very soon we will be rolling out new changes to PayPal that will drop the total fees that you pay! Before PayPal charged you 2-3%. In the new program we will deduct a flat fee of $2 and PayPal will charge you nothing in addition. So the more money you make, the more you save! Details will be posted in the seller contract and payment info pages once the program is available.
The information was also updated on the my pay options page to reflect this change.
